Meditation & Breath

It can further support you to disconnect from the endless chatter in your mind, so you can find real stillness and inner calm. Nutritional Coaching

Whether you want to increase your levels of energy and vitality, boost your metabolism, reach your optimal weight, find foods that don’t cause digestive issues or want to learn more about eating a plant-based diet, wish to – with nutritional coaching you can address it all. 

You will learn about how to eat optimally according to your personal constitution (ancient nutritional wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine and the science of Ayurveda and how to apply it in your day-to-day life. I will also guide you on how you can easily change some of your dietary habits so that that you can easily get the results you are looking for.

Energy Healing

Energy Healing focuses on bringing balance to the body and mind through various approaches such as Transformational Healing, Reiki, Chakra Therapy, Intuitive Work, Crystal Healing, Breath Work and Meditations . Anyone can benefit from Energy Healing – you don’t have to be ill or injured to deeply benefit. Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness, that enables you to unify the body, mind and soul. This sacred science was kept secret for 1000 of years as the practises were known to be highly transformational. 

Kundalini Yoga not only helps you find a state of inner peace, it also helps you overcoming your fears & limitations as well as negative habits. 

A private Kundalini yoga/meditation lesson is designed to fully meet your needs and level of experience. The focus will be on your personal goals (e.g. sleeping better, loosing weight, feeling more energised or becoming more flexible) and if you wish a personalised daily practise schedule can be put together for you.

Female Soul Healing

Womb Blessings and Moon Healings are powerful ways for men and women to reconnect with their true authentic nature.

Moon Healings (for men and women) gently awaken, heal and balance all aspects of our being as a man/woman. They support the process of bringing self-acceptance, empowerment and a sense of completeness as a man/woman. For women they can further help return the menstrual cycle to balance and support menopausal women to embrace their new form of femininity.

A Womb Blessing (for women only) releases the old patterns and energies that are no longer needed. It can give birth to a new you – a new transformed woman that grows into the light. The Womb Blessing offers healing for women on all levels of their being, restoring repressed archetypal energies and validating their authentic femininity. It is an awakening of female consciousness and a healing of our natural female spirituality.
